organize the Baikal Young Scientists' International School (BAYSIS-2007) in Irkutsk, Russia, from 17 to 22 September 2007.

The subject of the BAYSIS-2007 is "Up-to-date Problems of Astrophysics and Space Plasma Physics".

The Xth Young Scientists' Conference will be traditionally held within the BAYSIS program in the following sections:

A. The Near-Earth Space Physics

B. Astrophysics and Solar Physics

C. Interaction of Radiation with Matter

D. Condensed States
